FASCIAFLEX

FOOT STRENGTH & MOBILITY TRAINER

A Natural Breakthrough for

Plantar Fasciitis Relief

Finally, A Tool That Targets The Root Cause
In Just Minutes a Day

The FasciaFlex Trainer

The FasciaFlex Trainer is a unique foot therapy device introduced by Dr. Angela Walk "The Plantar Fasciitis Doc". It is designed to strengthen the plantar fascia, calf muscles, and tendons of the lower leg (achilles, peroneals, posterior tibialis) by promoting toe extension and controlled loading of the foot muscles. Ideal for those suffering from plantar fasciitis, tendonopathies of the lower leg, flat feet & collapsed arches, and chronic foot stiffness.

 The Problem with Traditional Treatments

Why Most Plantar Fasciitis Treatments Fail

If you've been told to:

❌ Stretch endlessly

❌ Apply ice
❌ Rest more
❌ Buy "supportive" shoes

❌ Get inserts

...and you're still in pain, you are not alone.

The problem is that most plantar fasciitis treatments

focus on symptoms, not function.

The Truth About Plantar Fasciitis Recovery

Most people are never told:

🚫 Inflammation is not the root cause

🚫 Stretching alone doesn’t rebuild damaged tissue

🚫 Chronic heel pain is driven by weakness and poor load tolerance

🚫 Without restoring strength and mobility, plantar fasciitis keeps coming back

Relief requires more than calming pain.
It requires rebuilding the foot’s ability to handle load.

Introducing the FasciaFlex Trainer™

Meet the First Foot Therapy Device Designed to

Strengthen Where It Matters Most

The FasciaFlex Trainer uses high-load strength training to expose the plantar fascia and lower leg tendons to controlled tension—restoring their ability to absorb force and function properly. It is the first dynamic foot strengthening device designed to help address plantar fasciitis by engaging the windlass mechanism, which is crucial for foot stability and movement.

The Windlass Mechanism Explained

The Foundation Of Foot Function

When the big toe extends during our gait cycle, it activates the plantar fascia through what’s called the windlass mechanism—a critical function that stabilizes the foot, absorbs shock, and creates a rigid lever that helps propel the body forward.

Without proper toe extension and foot strength:

➡️ The arch collapses
➡️ Shock absorption fails
➡️ The foot becomes unstable
➡️ Plantar fasciitis thrives
➡️ Tendons become weak

The FasciaFlex Trainer restores this mechanism by placing the big toe in an extended position and loading the fascia in a functional, controlled way.

How To Use The FasciaFlex Trainer

The FasciaFlex Trainer restores strength and mobility through progressive loading — a method of

gradually increasing the challenge and load of your rehab exercises. This controlled approach gives

muscles and tendons the stimulus they need to strengthen and remodel.

3 Step Progression: 3 Levels of Loading

V1 C2 (1) (36).png

LEVEL 1

Calf Raises

With A Ball

Stand with your toes extended on the trainer. Place a ball between your heels, squeeze gently, and perform slow heel raises.

This introduces load while keeping it safe and controlled with your toes in extension.

️Do this for 2-3 weeks before moving to eccentric calf raises.

➡️ 1–3 sets of 15 reps, every other day

LEVEL 2

Eccentric Loading

Calf Raises

After 2-3 weeks of regular calf raises, progress to this version. Stand with toes extended on the trainer.

Eccentrics are proven to remodel tendons and fascia, improving both strength and flexibility.

Rise up on both feet, then lift one leg and slowly lower with the other (up on two, down on one).

➡️ 1-3 sets of 15 reps, every other day

LEVEL 3

Single Leg

Calf Raises

After 2 weeks of eccentric calf raises, progress to single-leg raises. This is an advanced movement.

This loads the fascia at higher intensity, training it to tolerate daily stress and activity.

Stand with toes extended on the trainer.

Lift one heel at a time, rising slowly on the ball of your foot while keeping toes extended.

🔁 1–3 sets of 12–15 reps per side, every other day

After you complete the progression and have added each new exercise, continue performing one

set of each variation in sequence. Example: 3 sets total every other day.

(1 set calf raises with a ball, 1 set eccentric loading calf raises, and 1 set of single calf raises).

Dr. Angela Walk

The Plantar Fasciitis Doc

Hi, I'm Dr. Angela Walk. I am a sports chiropractic physician in Nashville, Tennessee. I specialize in foot and gait mechanics, and I am in my 26th year of private practice.

I created my program to help people with plantar fasciitis avoid the most common mistakes that keep you in pain, and to give you practical, evidence-based solutions.

For over two decades, I’ve helped people resolve plantar fasciitis by restoring foot strength, mobility, and function, not by relying on temporary fixes or passive treatments.

The FasciaFlex Trainer is a key tool in my clinic-tested approach.

“Stretching doesn’t fix plantar fasciitis. Strength and mobility do. That’s exactly what this tool delivers.”

What People Are Saying

STEFANIE P.
NASHVILLE, TN

I have been running since I was in my 20's. It was the most favorite parrt of my day. I developed plantar fasciitis after some heavy marathon training. I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it. I changed shoes.  I stopped running (nearly killed me mentally). I got orthotics, I stretched until I was blue. NOTHING WORKED! I found Dr. Angela's program and began using the  FasciaFlex Trainer to strengthen my muscles instead of stretch and rest. TOTAL GAME CHANGER.  I'm just mad I had to wait so long to get relief. I'm back to running pain free. So grateful!!!

SPOKANE, WA

I can't believe how long I suffered from plantar fasciitis and posterior tibialis tendon disorder. First of all, it took me finding Dr. Angela before I even got the right diagnosis.  I have been in pain for 4 years. I don't understand why NOBODY knows how to treat this. I went to 3 doctors and got the same recommendations. I started training with the FasciaFlex trainer to actually begin to fix my problems instead of masking symptoms. I couldn't believe how weak I was when I first started.  Out of pain for the FIRST TIME IN 4 YEARS.

ELAINE S.
SAVANNAH, GA

I wasn't sure how this little training board "thingy" would help. Ha! But it has literally changed my life. I couldn't walk my dog, I could barely get down the stairs in the morning because of excruciating foot pain. I followed Dr. Angela's instructions to the letter. Her program is so different that anything you will see. A refreshing concept of addressing the cause instead of the symptoms. Don't wait. Order this "thingy" today.
