Return/Refund & Shipping Policy

Shopping is risk-free with my 60-day return guarantee. I stand behind all of the products I carry in my store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send the unused portion back to me, and we will refund your money back to the same form of payment you used. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Success team at email@example.com and provide them with an order number. We will then provide a return shipping label. Return labels cost $3.50 and will be deducted from your refund amount once processed. You must use the return label provided by us in order for us to process your return, or we will not be able to refund your order.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 to 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
